Reverse the Curse  {PART II}

Genesis 3

I.               There is a problem

a.     Adam’s sin we inherited

b.    We sin because we are sinners

c.     We were not created a rebel, we chose to be one

Statement of Truth:

We are not called sinners because we sinned but we sin because we are sinners

I.               There are consequences to that problem

a.     Alienation

b.    Death

c.     Guilt

d.    Wrath

Statement of truth:

The Bible does not speak of death as termination it speaks of it as separation

II.              The Solution

a.     Grace distinguishes Christianity

b.    Grace is Christianity’s best gift to the world  

Statement of Truth:

If grace is distinctive about Christianity, it should distinguish Christians
