SUPREME PASSION FOR GOD’S GLORY
John 17: 1-5

Understanding the Bible:
·  One central THEME: God's redemptive purpose

·  One central FIGURE: The Lord Jesus Christ

·  One central GOAL: God is supreme

THEME: Understanding a developing a supreme passion for the Glory of God

Statement of Truth:
God laid aside His glory so that I could experience his grace, and one day because I have experienced his grace I will share in his glory!

Question for Consideration:  What is the Glory of God? 

Statement of Truth:
If the glory of God is our supreme passion, this will redefine both the goal of our task and the manner in which we pursue that task.

Statement of Truth:
We can only live for HIS glory, by HIS grace!
