Ephesians
4: 17-24
QUESTION FOR CONSIDERATION:
“Has
there ever been a time in your life as a Christian that you did not live like
you should as a believer?”
STATEMENT OF TRUTH:
Your
thinking will dictate your believing and your believing will dictate your
behavior.
Theme: You and I as believers should live a life
that will match ones position and Possession of Christ
Warning number 1: Avoid aimless living
Warning number 2: Avoid becoming calloused
Statement of Truth:
If the
mind is defiled it cannot accurately inform the conscious, therefore the conscious cannot warn the person.
Warning number 3: Avoid being corrupted
Warning number 4:
Avoid covetousness
Statement of Truth:
Our
depraved minds come up with more depraved ways to deal with our depraved
behavior
