THERE’S HOPE FOR DEPRESSION  {Part A}

LUKE 4:18, PSALMS 13, PSALMS 42:11, & ISAIAH 61:3, 7

Statement of Truth:

There is a depression that leads to suicide, but there is also deliverance that leads to life

Fact:

The number one cause of suicide is untreated depression

Statement of Truth:

Jesus Christ died to defeat sin and He conquered it, He arose victoriously

I.         Depression as an imposter, liar and thief

·      Depression impacts every aspect of a person’s life:

                                               i.     Spiritually

                                             ii.     Emotionally

                                            iii.     Mentally

                                            iv.     Relationally

                                             v.     Physically

II.       The Believer’s Response to Depression
