Father’s
Who Influence
Philippians
3:10-11
Statement
of Truth:
There is
a vast difference between “knowing about Him” and “knowing Him.” Paul wanted his knowing Him to affect
his daily living.
4 words
describe Paul’s desire to know Jesus Christ:
·
Personally
We are to know God. This word speaks of entering the deepest
possible union with Christ. Here is a
question:
Does your knowledge of God transform your conduct?
Does your knowledge of God transform your conduct?
·
Powerfully
Resurrection power is the only
power that can defeat the second greatest power in the world, namely the power
of sin.
·
Passionately
To know God passionately means I
learn to participate in the fellowship of Christ. What
I know produces action steps in my life.
·
Practically
Paul wished to be so much like
Christ in the way he lived that people would think of him as a resurrected
person now, even before the physical death.
Question
to Consider:
Has
anyone been compelled to glorify GOD because of you?
