God is With Me
Hebrews 13:5
Theme: For the believer to learn that the Promises of God are trustworthy. We can put your whole weight down on the promises of God.
Life Lesson: If you have a wrong view of God you will have a wrong view of Life!
Promise Number 1: I will not fear, God is with me. {See Romans 8:31}
Reality: Promise Number 1 deals with Problem Number 1God is everywhere, but not with everyone.
- God is not with the proud. {See Psalm 138:6}
- God is not with the worldly. {See James 4:4}
- God is not with the rebellious. {See Isaiah 1:5}
- God is not with those who harbor sin. {See Psalm 66:18}
Statement of Truth:
Jesus Christ is not only with me but He is actually praying and interceding for me.
ESV Deuteronomy 31:6 “Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the LORD your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you."
