Trusting A God Who Is Good
Psalm 27:11-14

Promises That Hold:

2.  I will not doubt because God is in control.  Proverbs 3:5 & 6
3.  I will not despair because God is always good.   Psalm 27:13

Questions to Consider:

1.  How Do You Combat Despair?
              ·      Learn to take every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ.
                         Psalm 27:1 + 2 Corinthians 10:5
              ·      Listen to listen to the Right Voice.
                         Psalm 27:11-12
              ·      Learn to wait upon the Lord.
                         Psalm 27:14
              ·      Learn to fix your eyes upon the goodness of God.
                         Psalm 27:13 + Hebrews 12:2
              ·      Learn to let the Lord work for you.
                         Exodus 14:13

2.   What is the goodness of the Lord?
               ·      God is always good.

               ·      God’s goodness is the eventual conclusion of every generation of his children.

               ·      God's goodness is present in everything He does.

               ·      God’s goodness is not immediately apparent

               ·      God’s goodness is a refuge
