Jesus and the Samaritan Woman
John 4:1-42

THEME:  That believer would know and live  like God can save anyone at anytime. 

 I.  Jesus gives the living water that satisfies us forever  
Verses 1-15

STATEMENT OF TRUTH:

Whenever  you and I began to care more about the eternal state of people and less about the temporal state of people we will begin to win more people to the kingdom.

Be Warned:   The behavior of Jesus inflamed the hatred of the Pharisees.  

We can expect no different.

II.  Jesus is the prophet who makes true worship possible
verses 16-24

STATEMENT OF TRUTH:

It is possible to make a moral judgment without being judgmental!

III.  Jesus is the Messiah who sends us out on mission 
Verses 25-42

STATEMENT OF TRUTH:

The gospel comes to us in order that it might run through us

What does it mean to worship God in Spirit and in Truth?

Can worship be in spirit but not in truth?  In truth but not in Spirit?  
Why or why not?
