Isaiah 54:17
Theme: All God's promises are experienced in Jesus
Christ.
Statement of
Truth: Jesus is the Christian life.
Promise
Number 5: I will not fail, for God is
Victorious.
I. No weapon formed
against you will prosper.
· A weapon means anything,
anyone would use against you.
II. No weapon formed
against you will prosper.
· God fights for us.
III. No weapon formed against
you will prosper.
· God’s protection fights
wickedness.
IV. No weapon formed against
you will prosper.
· It won't win with finality. It may win the battle but it won't win
the war.
V. “You will refute every tongue that accuses you”
· If opposition rises up
against you for the sake of the Gospel you will have an opportunity to set the
record straight.
VI. This is the heritage
of the servants of the LORD and their vindication from me.
· It is by the power of God and for His Glory
ESV Romans 16:20 The God of peace
will soon crush Satan under your feet.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
